Delyncia Jeddo

Delyncia's passion for dance began at 15, but financial constraints limited her access to formal training. She pursued short courses and workshops in solo styles whenever possible. At 20, she paused her dancing due to personal reasons. At 27, she reignited her passion by learning salsa, embracing the challenges of the social dance scene. Living in Mumbai provided her with access to diverse trainers and dance styles, fueling her growth.

In August 2023, Delyncia joined Dance Design, marking a significant step in her dance journey. Despite limited experience, she applied for a trainer position at Dance Design and was selected, beginning a new chapter as a dance educator. Delyncia focuses on creating a safe and enjoyable learning environment, encouraging students to embrace the learning process and celebrate their progress.

Elton D’souza

Elton began his dance journey in 2014, drawn to the raw energy of Hip-Hop and the powerful freedom that dance offers as a form of expression. Over the years, he has trained in a wide range of styles, including House, Old School Hip-Hop, Top Rock, Afro Dance, Salsa, and Bachata. At present, his focus lies in Salsa and Afro Dance, layered with influences from House.

Profoundly inspired by the joyful, grounded, and revolutionary spirit of Afro Dance, Elton continues to explore its roots and rhythms. Salsa, meanwhile, has deepened his appreciation for musicality, spontaneity, and social connection. His current aim is to refine his Afro Dance foundation and blend it seamlessly with Salsa footwork, partner work, and House grooves—always placing the joy of movement at the heart of his practice.

In his classes, Elton cultivates a fun, inclusive, and high-energy environment where students can explore Afro Dance, House, Salsa footwork, and Open Style Choreography, while discovering their own unique voice through movement.
